Swisspro warrants the product to be free from defective material, poor workmanship or manufacturer's defect, on the following terms and conditions:

• We provide warranty for the parts and materials for all systems. However, warranty will not be applied for used filtration elements.
• The warranty will be valid from date of purchase.
• The company will not provide any warranty if the information received is incomplete or incorrect.
• Do keep your ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT & Warranty Card for verification when required.
• Verification of product is only available at our head office : 19 Jalan Kilang Barat Acetech Centre #03-01 Singapore 159361. You shall be responsible for all costs of transporting the product to us. After the servicing/replacement is completed, you shall also be responsible for collecting it from the same location.
• Swisspro reserves the right to amend this Terms and Conditions for warranty service without prior notice.
